Iron Rex Cards collects only the information reasonably needed to operate accounts, orders, shipping, customer support, and collection-buying requests.
We may collect your name, email, phone number, account credentials, order details, delivery address, support messages, and selling-request information.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by Iron Rex Cards. Shipping information may be shared with Shippo and the selected carrier to calculate rates and fulfill orders.
Information is used to provide accounts, process and fulfill orders, communicate status updates, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain business records.
We do not sell customer personal information.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Records are retained for operational, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and legal purposes, then removed or anonymized when no longer reasonably required.
Contact us to request access to or correction of your account information. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
