Iron Rex Cards ships collector products from Guelph, Ontario. Shipping prices shown at checkout are based on the destination, package size, package weight, and available carrier services.
Paid orders are normally packed within two to four business days. Large orders, weather, holidays, or unusual product requirements may add processing time.
An order is not considered shipped until tracking has been added. Tracking scans can take several hours to appear after a label is created.
Checkout currently supports eligible addresses in Canada and the United States. Available services and prices are calculated during checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction before shipment.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays after carrier acceptance are outside Iron Rex Cards’ direct control.
If tracking shows damage, loss, or an unusual delay, contact us with the order number. We will help review the shipment and any available carrier claim.
