These terms apply when you browse Iron Rex Cards, create an account, purchase products, or submit products for a buying offer.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Inventory, descriptions, images, and prices may be corrected when an error is identified.
Submitting payment does not require Iron Rex Cards to fulfill an order affected by fraud, pricing error, inventory error, prohibited activity, or an address we cannot service. Any unfulfilled paid amount will be refunded.
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your password. Contact us promptly if you believe your account is being used without authorization.
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it excessively, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.
Online buying estimates are preliminary. Final offers may change after physical inspection, condition verification, authenticity review, and quantity confirmation.
You must own or be authorized to sell products submitted to Iron Rex Cards.
To the extent permitted by law, Iron Rex Cards is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or carrier delays.
Policies and these terms may be updated. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order, subject to applicable law.
